Founded in 1902, Miller operates in the UK, Lloyd’s and internationally employing more than 640 people through its strategic offices in London, Paris, Singapore etc. As a specialist company, miller covers a number of areas such as marine, energy, credit and political risk, professional risk, property, casualty, sports and entertainment generating an annual gross premiums worth $2.8 billion. Many believe that the acquisition marks a new beginning of growth as the company is looking to expand its offering in Asia, Europe and north America.
